What’s been happening:

I miss Happy Valley as I have carried my pride all the way to San Diego. I am married to an amazing man who is a Californian and the closest thing you can get to being a Penn Stater without actually ever being one. He loves Penn State. We have a son-Rohan that is full of life and laughs. I am an entrepreneur doing Mental Toughness Training with athletes. I loved being a student-athlete and can still work with athletes all over the world helping them be their best on and off the field (or gym mat).
